目的:探讨薯蓣皂苷元(Dio)干预对野百合碱(MCT)诱导肺动脉高压(PAH)大鼠影响。方法:36只大鼠随机分为正常对照组、MCT 模型组、肺动脉高压薯蓣皂苷元干预组,检测平均肺动脉压力(mPAP)、右心指数(RV/LV+S)、形态学指标、IL-6及凋亡指数,以观察 Dio 干预对 MCT 诱导 PAH 大鼠的影响。结果:薯蓣皂苷元干预组mPAP、右心指数、肺小动脉管壁厚度、肺小动脉胶原纤维含量、肺组织匀浆中 IL-6水平明显低于 MCT 模型组,而凋亡指数明显高于 MCT 模型组。结论:Dio 可能通过抑制肺血管重构、抑制炎症因子和促进肺血管平滑肌细胞凋亡等途径,防治 MCT 诱导的大鼠 PAH。
目的:探討藷蕷皂苷元(Dio)榦預對野百閤堿(MCT)誘導肺動脈高壓(PAH)大鼠影響。方法:36隻大鼠隨機分為正常對照組、MCT 模型組、肺動脈高壓藷蕷皂苷元榦預組,檢測平均肺動脈壓力(mPAP)、右心指數(RV/LV+S)、形態學指標、IL-6及凋亡指數,以觀察 Dio 榦預對 MCT 誘導 PAH 大鼠的影響。結果:藷蕷皂苷元榦預組mPAP、右心指數、肺小動脈管壁厚度、肺小動脈膠原纖維含量、肺組織勻漿中 IL-6水平明顯低于 MCT 模型組,而凋亡指數明顯高于 MCT 模型組。結論:Dio 可能通過抑製肺血管重構、抑製炎癥因子和促進肺血管平滑肌細胞凋亡等途徑,防治 MCT 誘導的大鼠 PAH。
목적:탐토서여조감원(Dio)간예대야백합감(MCT)유도폐동맥고압(PAH)대서영향。방법:36지대서수궤분위정상대조조、MCT 모형조、폐동맥고압서여조감원간예조,검측평균폐동맥압력(mPAP)、우심지수(RV/LV+S)、형태학지표、IL-6급조망지수,이관찰 Dio 간예대 MCT 유도 PAH 대서적영향。결과:서여조감원간예조mPAP、우심지수、폐소동맥관벽후도、폐소동맥효원섬유함량、폐조직균장중 IL-6수평명현저우 MCT 모형조,이조망지수명현고우 MCT 모형조。결론:Dio 가능통과억제폐혈관중구、억제염증인자화촉진폐혈관평활기세포조망등도경,방치 MCT 유도적대서 PAH。
Objective Discuss the Effects of diosgenin intervention on monocrotaline inducing pulmonary artery hyperten-sion on rats. Methods Divide the 36 rats into normal control group, MCT model group and pulmonary artery hypertension di-osgenin intervention group. Detect the average pulmonary artery pressure (mPAP), right- cardiac index(RV/LV+S), morphology index, IL-6 and apoptosis index to observe the effect of Dio intervention on MCT inducing PAH on rats. Results The mPAP, right ventricle hypertrophy index, pulmonary arteriole wall thickness, collagenous fiber content in pulmonary arteriole and IL-6 level in pulmonary tissue homogenate of the diosgenin intervention group are significantly lower than those of the MCT model group, while the apoptosis index is significantly higher than that of the MCT model group. Conclusion Dio may protect rats against PAH induced by MCT, through inhibiting pulmonary vascular remodeling and inflammatory factor, and promoting pul-monary vascular smooth muscle cell apoptosis.
