目的：探讨超声在诊断肝移植术后胆道并发症中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析78例肝移植术后胆道并发症的资料。结果78例中胆道并发症13例（16．7％），其中胆漏2例（15．4％），胆道梗阻8例（61．5％），胆泥形成2例（15.4％），胆管结石1例（7．7％）。结论超声在诊断肝移植术后胆道并发症中起到极其重要的作用。
목적：탐토초성재진단간이식술후담도병발증중적응용개치。방법회고성분석78례간이식술후담도병발증적자료。결과78례중담도병발증13례（16．7％），기중담루2례（15．4％），담도경조8례（61．5％），담니형성2례（15.4％），담관결석1례（7．7％）。결론초성재진단간이식술후담도병발증중기도겁기중요적작용。
Objective To evaluate application value of the ultrasound in the diagnosis of biliary complications after liver transplantation .Methods A retrospective analysis of 78 cases of biliary complications after liver transplantation was con‐ducted .Results In 78 cases ,biliary complications appeared in 13 cases (16 .7% ) ,of which 2 cases were bile leakage (15.4% ) ,8 cases were biliary obstruction (61 .5% ) ,2 cases were biliary sludge formation (15 .4% ) ,and 1 case were bile duct stones (7 .7% ) .Conclusion Ultrasonography has an extremely important role in the diagnosis of biliary complica‐tions after liver transplantation .
