将情景模拟培训方式应用于野战医疗队专业训练，旨在提升急危重症伤病员救治水平和突发情况处置能力。实践证明，通过贴合实战化、伤员逼真化的情景模拟训练，野战医疗队队员在战伤救治能力尤其是提高急危重症伤病员的救治能力方面得到明显的提高，促进了专业训练效率和质量的提升。

The scenario simulation training methods are applied in field medical team's professional training,so as to improve the level of treatment and cure for critically ill and wounded,as well as the ability to handle emergency situations. Practice has proved that by bonding actual combat ,wounded realistic scenarios of simulated training,field medical team in the treatment & cure of war wounds,in particular in the improvement of the terms of the ability for critically ill and wounded has significantly lifted ,thus promoted professional training efficiency and quality.
