随着传统疫苗的升级换代,疫苗的研制越来越多的借助于基因工程手段,其中病毒样颗粒(VLPs)成为了当今病毒性疫苗研究的热点,尤其对于不易在体外大规模培养的病毒,VLPs是研发其疫苗的突破口。关于VLPs及其疫苗的研究,从球状病毒的组装理论、病毒的VLPs组装、VLP疫苗设计和VLP疫苗等几个方面予以综述。
隨著傳統疫苗的升級換代,疫苗的研製越來越多的藉助于基因工程手段,其中病毒樣顆粒(VLPs)成為瞭噹今病毒性疫苗研究的熱點,尤其對于不易在體外大規模培養的病毒,VLPs是研髮其疫苗的突破口。關于VLPs及其疫苗的研究,從毬狀病毒的組裝理論、病毒的VLPs組裝、VLP疫苗設計和VLP疫苗等幾箇方麵予以綜述。

With the upgrading of traditional vaccines, the vaccine development increasingly depends on the genetic engi-neering techniques, where the virus-like particles (VLPs) has become a hot spot for today’s vaccine research, especially for the viruses which could not be achieved at present by way of large-scale cultivation in vitro.VLPs has become a break-through in the development of such vaccines.This article will look at the following aspects for a summary, including the as-sembly theory of spherical virus, the VLPs assembly mechanism of several viruses, the VLP vaccine design and the VLP vaccines.
