目的:了解当地女性细菌性阴道病( BV)患者中阴道加德纳菌( GV)的感染情况以及GV对常用抗菌药物的敏感性,为BV的诊断和治疗提供依据。方法对收集的492例BV患者和151例正常健康妇女的阴道分泌物进行GV的分离培养与鉴定,并对分离菌进行常用抗菌药物敏感性试验。结果492例BV患者GV阳性率为27.8%,健康妇女GV阳性率为7.9%,两者比较差异有统计学意义( P<0.05)。分离的GV对万古霉素和克林霉素均较敏感,对头孢噻肟、四环素、左氧氟沙星、氨苄青霉素、红霉素、甲硝唑的敏感性依次降低。结论 GV为当地BV患者的重要病原菌之一,且对万古霉素和克林霉素均较敏感,对甲硝唑的敏感性最低。
目的:瞭解噹地女性細菌性陰道病( BV)患者中陰道加德納菌( GV)的感染情況以及GV對常用抗菌藥物的敏感性,為BV的診斷和治療提供依據。方法對收集的492例BV患者和151例正常健康婦女的陰道分泌物進行GV的分離培養與鑒定,併對分離菌進行常用抗菌藥物敏感性試驗。結果492例BV患者GV暘性率為27.8%,健康婦女GV暘性率為7.9%,兩者比較差異有統計學意義( P<0.05)。分離的GV對萬古黴素和剋林黴素均較敏感,對頭孢噻肟、四環素、左氧氟沙星、氨芐青黴素、紅黴素、甲硝唑的敏感性依次降低。結論 GV為噹地BV患者的重要病原菌之一,且對萬古黴素和剋林黴素均較敏感,對甲硝唑的敏感性最低。
목적:료해당지녀성세균성음도병( BV)환자중음도가덕납균( GV)적감염정황이급GV대상용항균약물적민감성,위BV적진단화치료제공의거。방법대수집적492례BV환자화151례정상건강부녀적음도분비물진행GV적분리배양여감정,병대분리균진행상용항균약물민감성시험。결과492례BV환자GV양성솔위27.8%,건강부녀GV양성솔위7.9%,량자비교차이유통계학의의( P<0.05)。분리적GV대만고매소화극림매소균교민감,대두포새우、사배소、좌양불사성、안변청매소、홍매소、갑초서적민감성의차강저。결론 GV위당지BV환자적중요병원균지일,차대만고매소화극림매소균교민감,대갑초서적민감성최저。
Objective To understand the infection status of Gardnrella vaginallis ( GV) in female, and to keep abreast of the sensitivity of GV to antibiotics in common use, to provide the scientific basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment. Methods 492vaginalsecretionsamplesand151sampleswerecollectedfrombacterialvaginosis(BV)patientsand healthy female adults respectively, and then GV were isolated and characterized.The bacterial antibiotic sensitivities were detected.Results The positive rate of 492 cases of BV patients is 27.8%, and the positive rate of control woman is 7.9%( P<0.001) .The difference between two groups is of the statistical significance.The isolated GV strains are sensi-tive to vancomycin and clindamycin with higher level.In regular sequence of antibiotic sensitivities from high to low is cefo-taxime, tetracycline, levofloxacin, ampicillin, erythromycin and metronidazole.Conclusion GV is one of important pathogens of BV, and it is higher sensitive to vancomycin and clindamycin, and it is the lowest sensitive to metronidazole.
