运动损伤后的最佳救助对于运动员的后续运动恢复能力影响极大,损伤救助的难点在于如何根据运动员的实际情况,提供最佳的救助方案。传统的救助方法采用经验和表面现象判断的方法,无法对运动员的实际情况,无法达到最佳救助,且临场方法风险大。提出一种基于最佳测试分析(OTA)测评指导的最佳损伤救助方法,采用最佳测试分析方法,对每个运动员的多项身体指标进行监测和分析,提取表征运动员身体状况的多项指标,并选择与之对应的最佳损伤救助方案,提高救助效果。采用实际的损伤运动员进行测试分析,实验结果表明,采用基于OTA测评指导的方法进行损伤救助,损伤救助的效果明显好转,具有很好的应用价值。

The best relief after sports injury recovery for subsequent movement was very important for the athlete ’s recov?ery, and the difficulties were how to salvage damaged according to the actual situation of athletes to provide the best relief program. In the traditional method, the experience plus relief appearances judgment method was used, it did not consider the actual situation of the athletes, the best rescue method was not achieved, and the method may has big risks. So the best rescue method of damage assessment based on OTA guidance was proposed, the OTA (Optimal Test Analysis) method was used for monitoring and analysis, a number of indicators for each athlete's body was choose to extract the characterization of the physical condition of athletes and more indicators, and the corresponding optimal damage bailout plan was selected, the aid effectiveness can be greatly improved. Athletes was used to do the actual damage test analysis, the results show that with assessment based on OTA guidance, the effect was significantly improved, so it has good application value.
