目的:探讨头颅 X 线侧位片的骨性定量指标,评估其在法医口腔学性别判定中的应用价值。方法按照纳入标准随机抽取129例头颅 X 线侧位片,对28项骨性指标(N‐S ;S‐Ba ;Pcd‐S ;S‐Ptm ;N‐ANS ;ANS‐Me ;A‐Ptm ;S‐Go ;Pog‐Go ;UI to NA length ;LI to NB length ;N‐S‐Ar ;S‐Ar‐Go ;Ar‐Go‐Me ;∠ SNA ;∠ SNB ;∠ SND ;PP to FH ;FH to SN ;MP to SN ;FH to N‐Pog ;Y‐axis angle ;NBa‐PtGn ;UI to LI ;UI to SN ;LI to MP ;UI to NA ;LI to NB)进行定量测量,采用Fisher 判别法进行判别分析,并用 Cross‐validated(a)法对该方法进行评价。结果129例头颅 X 线侧位片的1项骨性指标 L5:N’‐ANS’的性别差异有统计学意义,并得出判别函数为 Y =‐20.398+0.386(L5:N‐ANS)。结论头颅 X 线侧位片中的骨性指标 N‐ANS 的总判别符合率为84.50%,可以用于法医学性别判定,总判别符合率为84.50%。

Objective To evaluat the application value of gender determination in forensics by screening measurement da‐ta of bony quantitatively by cephalometric .Methods 129 cases were randomly selected according to the inclusion criteria . 28 osseous indicators(N‐S ;S‐Ba ;Pcd‐S ;S‐Ptm ;N‐ANS ;ANS‐Me ;A‐Ptm ;S‐Go ;Pog‐Go ;UI to NA length ;LI to NB length ;N‐S‐Ar ;S‐Ar‐Go ;Ar‐Go‐Me ; ∠ SNA ; ∠ SNB ; ∠ SND ;PP to FH ;FH to SN ;MP to SN ;FH to N‐Pog ;Y‐ax‐is angle ;NBa‐PtGn ;UI to LI ;UI to SN ;LI to MP ;UI to NA ;LI to NB) were quantitatively measured ,and the discrim‐inant analysis was conducted by Fisher discriminant method and Cros‐validated(a) method for discriminatory analysis and evaluation .Results The introduction of gender discrimination formula had a variable L5 :N‐ANS in 129 cases were ran‐domly selected ,and it was concluded that discriminant function for Y was ‐20 .398 + 0 .386(L5 :N‐ANS) .Conclusion In this study ,the measurement data of cephalometric in the head side is a measurement for N‐ANS ,which can be used for gender determination .Total coincidence rate is 84 .5% .
