目的:研究高血压患者血浆同型半胱氨酸( Hcy)与左心室质量指数( LVMI)以及动脉粥样硬化的关系。方法选择2013年1~9月在广西科技大学附属柳州市人民医院心血管内科住院的原发性高血压患者48例为高血压组,另取50例体检中心健康体检者为健康组。测定血浆 Hcy 水平,计算人体体表面积、LVMI和动脉硬化指数( AI)。结果高血压组 Hcy和 LVMI、AI水平均显著高于健康组[(13.0±3.1)μmol/L比(10.5±2.9)μmol/L,(56±6) g/m2比(44±6) g/m2,(3.5±1.0)比(2.9±1.2),P<0.05];高血压组Hcy水平与LVMI、AI呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论血浆Hcy水平可用于评估患者动脉硬化情况及靶器官损害程度。通过治疗降低 Hcy水平可延缓动脉粥样硬化的进程,降低心脑血管疾病的发生率及病死率。

목적:연구고혈압환자혈장동형반광안산( Hcy)여좌심실질량지수( LVMI)이급동맥죽양경화적관계。방법선택2013년1~9월재엄서과기대학부속류주시인민의원심혈관내과주원적원발성고혈압환자48례위고혈압조,령취50례체검중심건강체검자위건강조。측정혈장 Hcy 수평,계산인체체표면적、LVMI화동맥경화지수( AI)。결과고혈압조 Hcy화 LVMI、AI수평균현저고우건강조[(13.0±3.1)μmol/L비(10.5±2.9)μmol/L,(56±6) g/m2비(44±6) g/m2,(3.5±1.0)비(2.9±1.2),P<0.05];고혈압조Hcy수평여LVMI、AI정정상관(P<0.05)。결론혈장Hcy수평가용우평고환자동맥경화정황급파기관손해정도。통과치료강저 Hcy수평가연완동맥죽양경화적진정,강저심뇌혈관질병적발생솔급병사솔。
Objective To study the correlation of plasma homocysteine(Hcy) with left ventricular mass index(LVMI) and atherosclerosis(AS) in hypertensive patients.Methods A total of 48 patients with pri-mary hypertension hospitalized in Department of Cardiovascular Medicine,Liuzhou People′s Hospital Affilia-ted to Guangxi University of Science and Technology from Jan.to Sep.2013 were selected as the hypertension group and another 50 patients underwent physical examination during the same period were selected as the healthy group.Plasma Hcy levels,human body surface areas,LVMI and atherogenic index ( AI) of the two groups were detected and compared.Results Hcy and LVMI, AI of the hypertension group were significant-ly higher than those of the healthy group [(13.0 ±3.1) μmol/L vs (10.5 ±2.9) μmol/L,(56 ±6) g/m2 vs (44 ±6) g/m2, (3.5 ±1.0 vs 2.1 ±1.2,P<0.05].Hcy level was positively correlated with LVMI and AI(P<0.05).Conclusion In clinical,detection of plasma Hcy level can be used to assess the degree of atherosclerosis and the severity of target organ damage of the patients.Decreasing Hcy level through treatment can delay the progress of AS,reduce the incidence rate and mortality of cerebrovascular diseases.
