补阳还五汤是益气补血之名汤，诸药共奏益气补血、活血化瘀、疏通心脉之功效；现代药理研究表明，该方能通过抗氧化、抑制心肌酶活性、阻断炎症途径、促进血管新生以及抑制钙超载等途径改善心肌缺血／再灌注损伤，但多基于动物实验，临床应用较少。该文通过查阅近年发表的关于补阳还五汤防治心肌缺血／再灌注损伤方面的文献，对该领域的研究进展予以综述。

Buyang Huanwu Decoction(BHD) plays an important role of enriching Qi and blood,activating blood and circulation.Modern pharmacological studies have shown that BHD can reduce oxidation, inhibit enzyme activity,block inflammatory pathways,promote angiogenesis and inhibit calcium overload to improve the pathogenesis of myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury.However,these experiments were mostly carried on animals,and the clinical application was lacked.Here is to make a review of the recent researches refer-ring BHD on prevention and treatment of myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury.
