目的:检测C-met mRNA和C-src mRNA在甲状腺乳头状癌( thyroid papillary cancer,TPC)中的表达并探讨其与临床病理特征的关系。方法采用半定量逆转录聚合酶链反应( RT-PCR)方法检测46例甲状腺乳头状癌和18例良性病变中C-met mRNA和C-src mRNA的表达,并分析二者表达的相关性及其与临床病理特征的关系。结果 C-met mRNA和C-src mRNA在TPC中的表达量分别为1.140±0.163和0.984±0.187,在甲状腺良性病变的表达量分别为0.467±0.237和0.484±0.254,二者在TPC与甲状腺良性病变的表达差异均有显著性意义(P<0.001,P<0.001)。 TPC组织C-met mRNA的表达量与患者年龄有关(P<0.05);TPC组织C-src mRNA的表达量与肿瘤大小及淋巴结转移有关(均P<0.05)。TPC中C-src mRNA和C-met mRNA的表达量呈正相关(r=0.764,P<0.001)。结论 TPC存在C-src mRNA和C-met mRNA的异常表达且C-src mRNA可能能为TPC的淋巴结转移提供依据。

목적:검측C-met mRNA화C-src mRNA재갑상선유두상암( thyroid papillary cancer,TPC)중적표체병탐토기여림상병리특정적관계。방법채용반정량역전록취합매련반응( RT-PCR)방법검측46례갑상선유두상암화18례량성병변중C-met mRNA화C-src mRNA적표체,병분석이자표체적상관성급기여림상병리특정적관계。결과 C-met mRNA화C-src mRNA재TPC중적표체량분별위1.140±0.163화0.984±0.187,재갑상선량성병변적표체량분별위0.467±0.237화0.484±0.254,이자재TPC여갑상선량성병변적표체차이균유현저성의의(P<0.001,P<0.001)。 TPC조직C-met mRNA적표체량여환자년령유관(P<0.05);TPC조직C-src mRNA적표체량여종류대소급림파결전이유관(균P<0.05)。TPC중C-src mRNA화C-met mRNA적표체량정정상관(r=0.764,P<0.001)。결론 TPC존재C-src mRNA화C-met mRNA적이상표체차C-src mRNA가능능위TPC적림파결전이제공의거。
Objective To study the expressions of C-src mRNA and C-met mRNA in thyroid papillary cancer ( TPC) and to analyze the relationship between their expressions and clinicopathological features.Methods Reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction ( RT-PCR) technique was used to examine the expressions of C-src mRNA and C-met mR-NA in 46 TPCs and 18 benign thyroid tissues.The relationship between their expressions and clinicopathological features was analyzed.Results C-met mRNA and C-src mRNA expression levels in 46 TPCs were 1.140 ±0.163 and 0.984 ± 0.187 respectively.Both were significantly higher than benign thyroid tissues (P<0.001, P<0.001).C-src mRNA ex-pression in TPC was associated with tumor grades and lymph node metastasis (P<0.05, P<0.05).C-met mRNA ex-pression has an ascending trend with aging (P<0.05).C-src mRNA expression closely related to C-met mRNA expres-sion (r=0.764, P<0.001).Conclusion The abnormal expressions of C-src mRNA and C-met mRNA could play a role in the carcinogenesis and development of TPC.
