黄根是一种名贵药材，种植条件要求较高。研究一种在日光温室中的黄根种子萌发栽培技术，提高其产量和产值。在日光温室中，采用营养袋进行种子培养，采用LRH-250-G光照培养箱，进行种子栽培和萌发试验，设定测定指标，实现实验评估。通过对育苗温室大棚下黄根基质含氧量检测，检测黄根在育苗温室大棚套种基质中的生长状况，通过试验进行测定。种植和分析试验得出，采用黄根种子萌发栽培技术，可以提高对黄根种子栽培的萌发率和产量，研究成果可行有效。
