目的:研究肥胖者的规律性运动对胃部蠕动的影响关系,通过数值定量分析,建立肥胖者规律性运动对胃部蠕动的定量分析模型,为预防和治疗肥胖导致的综合症提供依据。方法:在规律性运动状态下,通过对运动参与者进行持续性运动,观察其生理指标。整个运动过程中,通过胃蠕动功能实现外界O2与血红蛋白的结合,然后经由心血管系统实现运动做功,进行胃部蠕动指标测试。结果:规律性运动下,肥胖症的胃部蠕动频率HR和胃部蠕动幅度HC显著性差异P<0.01;测试组TG与对比组CG2进行对比,DP,PP,MAP的显著性差异P<0.05,对肥胖者而言,以每天坚持有咕噜运动1~3 h为最佳,1 h以下,运动对胃部蠕动无效果,3h以上,容易导致人体疲劳,且随着时间增多,胃部蠕动导致的脂肪燃烧基本不再增加,所以,规律性运动应控制在每天1~3h为最佳。结论:建立健康的生活方式,通过规律性运动,促进胃部蠕动,通过合理营养,积极锻炼,善于调节心理压力,保持稳定情绪,改善肥胖者健康状况。

Objective:To study on the effect of the obese subjects exercise on the stomach peristalsis relationship, through numerical quantitative analysis, quantitative analysis model of establishing obesity regularity of movement on the stomach peristalsis, provide the basis for the prevention and treatment of obesity leads to the syndrome. Methods:the regularity in the movement state, through the ongoing movement of sports participants, observe its physiological indexes. The whole movement process, realize the combination of external O2 and hemoglobin by gastric peristalsis function, treatment for obesi?ty, conversion process using chemical will plasmid model of vascular to E. coliBL21 (DE3) to obtain recombinant vascular diameter (Ad) and the extended model, stomach peristalsis index test. Results:the law of exercise, obesity stomach peristal?sis frequency HR and gastric peristalsis amplitude HC significant difference between P<0.01 group and the contrast group;test of TG CG2 compared to available, DP, PP, significant difference in MAP P<0.05, for obesity, to insist every day with Gollum movement from 1 to 3 hours for the best, less than 1 hours, no effect on the stomach creeping motion, 3 hours or more, easy to cause the fatigue of the human body, and with the time increasing, so the stomach peristalsis lead to fat burn?ing basic no longer increases, law movement should be controlled in a day 1~3 hours is the best. Conclusion:the estab?lishment of a healthy lifestyle is need, the regularity of movement are analyzed, promote gastric peristalsis, through reason?able nutrition, active, good at regulating psychological pressure, stable mood, improve the health of obese subjects.
