对南方红豆杉种子进行种皮透水性测定及变温层积处理,研究其休眠特性及催芽技术。结果发现:南方红豆杉种子在自然条件下发芽需要2~3 a,休眠期限长,导致其深休眠的主要因素是种子内所含的萌发抑制物质及种胚的发育程度等;对新鲜种子进行层积处理后,能很好地消除体内抑制物含量,且以25℃,层积130 d 后,再转入5℃,层积80 d 的“暖温-低温”湿沙变温层积处理,消除发芽抑制物的效果较好,其种子甲醇浸提液的比较发芽抑制率(W100)从64.89%降至8.51%,胚长增长0.42 mm,种子平均发芽率达76.0%。

대남방홍두삼충자진행충피투수성측정급변온층적처리,연구기휴면특성급최아기술。결과발현:남방홍두삼충자재자연조건하발아수요2~3 a,휴면기한장,도치기심휴면적주요인소시충자내소함적맹발억제물질급충배적발육정도등;대신선충자진행층적처리후,능흔호지소제체내억제물함량,차이25℃,층적130 d 후,재전입5℃,층적80 d 적“난온-저온”습사변온층적처리,소제발아억제물적효과교호,기충자갑순침제액적비교발아억제솔(W100)종64.89%강지8.51%,배장증장0.42 mm,충자평균발아솔체76.0%。
The experiment was conducted to study the dormancy and germination characteristics of seeds of Taxus chinensis var.mairei.The results showed that the germination period of Taxus chinensis var.mairei seeds was 2-3 d,and period of dormancy was long under natural conditions.The inhibitor content of fresh seeds was removed better after stratification,and after 130d stratification processed at 25 ℃conditions,and then again into 5 ℃,stratification processed for 80 d in wet seeds sand,the eliminated effect of germination inhibitors was the best.Among,the ermination inhibit rate (W100 )of seed leach liquor was decreased from 64.89% to 8.51%,em-bryo long growed 0.42 mm,and seed average germination was 76%.
