目的：了解北京市昌平区北七家镇社区中老年人疾病谱及特点，为社区防治慢性病提供科学依据。方法：对北京市昌平区北七家镇67877人44岁以上中老年人健康体检资料进行慢性病学流行现状分析。结果：本地区中老年人疾病谱顺位是高血压7935例(11.7%)，冠心病4935例(7.3%)，糖尿病3273例(4.82%)，脑梗死304例(0.45%)。结论：应该在控制血压上下大功夫，51～60岁人群是排查重点。

목적：료해북경시창평구북칠가진사구중노년인질병보급특점，위사구방치만성병제공과학의거。방법：대북경시창평구북칠가진67877인44세이상중노년인건강체검자료진행만성병학류행현상분석。결과：본지구중노년인질병보순위시고혈압7935례(11.7%)，관심병4935례(7.3%)，당뇨병3273례(4.82%)，뇌경사304례(0.45%)。결론：응해재공제혈압상하대공부，51～60세인군시배사중점。
Objective:To understand the characteristics of disease spectrum in community middle-aged and elderly people of Beiqijia town,Changping district of Beijing city,in order to provide scientific basis for the prevention and control of chronic diseases in community.Methods:67 877 people aged more than 44 years old in Beiqijia town,Changping district of Beijing city were selected,and their health examination data of chronic diseases epidemic status were analyzed.Results:The disease spectrum sequence of middle-aged and elderly people in this region was hypertension of 7 935 cases(11.7%),coronary heart disease of 4 935 cases(7.3%),diabetic of 3 273 cases(4.82%),and cerebral infarction of 304 cases(0.45%).Conclusion:The control of blood pressure should be strengthened,especially among the 51 to 60 years old crowd.
