利用桶栽试验，研究了不同基因型甘蔗在吸收利用根际与非根际土壤钾素方面的差异。结果表明，在所有参试品种中，YT55生物量是最高的，达97.78 g/株，而YY618最低，为73.84 g/株。然而，YT55体内钾含量是最低的，比钾含量最高的ROC22低0.25%；但YT55钾素利用效率最高，ROC22最低；YY618的钾素累积量最低，种植 YT55的根际土壤中速效钾含量最低。说明 YT55能在低钾条件下获得较高的生物量，且能高效吸收根际土壤中速效钾和利用体内钾素营养，即属钾高效基因甘蔗。

A pot experiment was conducted to analyze different uptake and use efficiency of soil K between rhizosphere and non-rhizosphere of different genotypic sugarcane. The results showed that the biomass of YT55 was the highest among the varieties, and reached 97.78 g/plant, while YY618 was the lowest which was 73.84 g/plant. However, the K content of YT55 was the lowest. It was 0.25% lower that of ROC22 which was the highest. But the K utilization of YT55 was the highest meanwhile ROC22 was the lowest. The K accumulation of YY618 was the lowest, and available K content was lowest in the rhizosphere soil of YT55. It was indicated that YT55 can obtain higher biomass under the condition of low K, and can effectively absorb available K and use K in the rhizosphere soil, which suggested that YT55 was an K-efficient genotypic sugarcane.
