随着经济的发展，我国土地供求关系的矛盾激化，为土地的开发管理工作带来了挑战。本文首先介绍了土地测绘与土地开发管理之间的关系，继而从五个维度具体分析土地测绘技术在土地开发管理中的应用，旨在通过精确、完整的土地测绘为合理开发与利用土地资源提供参考依据，大大提高土地开发与管理工作效率，以缓解日益紧张的土地供求关系。

With the development of economy, the supply and demand contradiction of the land in China has been intensified, it poses challenges for the land management and development. This paper firstly introduces the relationship between the topographic mapping and the land development and management, then analyzes the application of topographic mapping technology in the land development and management to provide reference basis for reasonably developing and using the land resources by the accurate and complete land mapping and greatly improve the efficiency of land development and management, so as to remit the growing tension of supply and demand of the land.
