水轮发电机组轴系的转子动力学特性对机组振动特性和稳定性有很大的影响。基于弹性支承的刚性转子模型,并在充分考虑轴承油膜动力特性和转轮密封处的刚度和阻尼作用下,模拟在实际运行条件下的上、下导轴承,水导轴承及考虑转轮密封处的等效刚度和阻尼,对某高水头混流式机组轴系的弯振、扭振及轴系的稳定性3个方面进行计算分析。计算得到机组在额定转速和飞逸转速运行时的临界转速及对数衰减和临界阻尼比,客观地反映描述了机组运行过程中的轴系特性。

The dynamic characteristics of the rotor of the hydro generating unit have a great influence on vibration characteristics and stability .In this paper ,the rigid rotor model is based on elastic support ,and considering the effect of bearing oil film dynamic char‐acteristic and the runner seal stiffness and damping ,simulation of the actual operating conditions of the upper ,lower guide bearing , water guide bearing and considering the equivalent stiffness and damping of runner seal ,the shafting stability of a high head Francis turbine is calculated and analyzed from two aspects :the shafting torsional vibration and bending vibration .The conclusion of calcula‐tion the critical speeds and logarithmic at rated speed and the runaway speed reflect the description of the shafting characteristics in the process of unit operation objectively .
