目的：对舒适护理在腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者中的护理效果进行探讨。方法：将30例行腹腔镜胆囊切除手术患者分为两组。试验组采用舒适护理，对照组采用常规护理，比较两组护理后的生活质量及护理满意度。结果：试验组总有效率86.7%明显高于对照组的53.3%(P＜0.05)。试验组护理满意度80%高于对照组的60%(P＜0.05)。结论：舒适护理能够改善患者心理状况，提升患者护理满意度。

목적：대서괄호리재복강경담낭절제술환자중적호리효과진행탐토。방법：장30례행복강경담낭절제수술환자분위량조。시험조채용서괄호리，대조조채용상규호리，비교량조호리후적생활질량급호리만의도。결과：시험조총유효솔86.7%명현고우대조조적53.3%(P＜0.05)。시험조호리만의도80%고우대조조적60%(P＜0.05)。결론：서괄호리능구개선환자심리상황，제승환자호리만의도。
Objective:To explore the nursing effect of comfortable nursing for patients with laparoscopic gallbladder excision. Methods:30 cases of patients with laparoscopic gallbladder excision were divided into two groups.The experimental group adopted comfortable nursing,and the control group adopted conventional nursing.After nursing,the quality of life and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the experimental group was 86.7%,which was significantly higher than 53.3% of the control group (P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was 80%,which was higher than 60% of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Comfortable nursing could improve the psychological status of patients and the nursing satisfaction of patients.
