传统自动扶梯耗能大、寿命短、节能效果不理想。为此本文针对自动扶梯设计了一套基于西门子S7-200PLC和MM440变频器的节能控制系统,并采用组态王远程监控控制自动扶梯方案,及对自动扶梯节能效果进行分析。经运行测试,该系统运行可靠,达到预期节能效果。

The traditional escalator which having short life consumes huge amount of energy and the effect of energy saving is not ideal. In response to this an energy saving control system has been designed based on Siemens S7-200PLC and MM440 inverter. The Kingview is taken to remote view and control the escalator and the effect of energy saving has been analyzed. The test has proved that the system is running reliably and can achieve the desired effect of energy saving.
