目的：探讨转化生长因子β1（TGFβ1）在子宫内膜样腺癌组织的表达及意义。方法应用免疫组化S-P法检测TGFβ1在64例子宫内膜样腺癌组织和20例正常子宫内膜组织中的表达。结果子宫内膜样腺癌组织中TGFβ1的阳性率为93.75％，高于正常子宫内膜组织的30.00％（P＜0.05）。子宫内膜样腺癌组织中TGFβ1的表达与其病理分级有关（P＜0.05）。结论 TGFβ1表达增高能促进子宫内膜样腺癌的进展。

목적：탐토전화생장인자β1（TGFβ1）재자궁내막양선암조직적표체급의의。방법응용면역조화S-P법검측TGFβ1재64례자궁내막양선암조직화20례정상자궁내막조직중적표체。결과자궁내막양선암조직중TGFβ1적양성솔위93.75％，고우정상자궁내막조직적30.00％（P＜0.05）。자궁내막양선암조직중TGFβ1적표체여기병리분급유관（P＜0.05）。결론 TGFβ1표체증고능촉진자궁내막양선암적진전。
Objective Toinvestigatetheexpressionandclinicalsignificanceoftransforminggrowthfactorβ1 (TGFβ1)intheendometrioidadenocarcinoma.Methods TheexpressionsofTGFβ1inthe64patientswithendo-metrioid adenocarcinoma and 20 patients with normal endometrium were evaluated by immunohistochemistry S-P method.Results TheTGFβ1positiverateoftheendometrioidadenocarcinomawashigherthanthatoftheendome-trium(93. 75% vs 30. 00%,P<0. 05). The expression of TGFβ1 in the endometrioid adenocarcinoma was related tothepathologicalgrading(P<0.05).Conclusion TheincreasingexpressionofTGFβ1couldacceleratethegen-eration and development of endometrioid adenocarcinoma.
