基于当前南京地铁中三维管线综合设计的应用总结,探索地铁三维管线综合设计要点和管理模式。对比传统二维管综设计方式,以南京三维管综设计具体成果为依据,论证地铁行业中采用BIM技术开展三维管综设计的显著效益;基于南京经验对当前地铁三维管综常见的3种管理模式进行优劣对比论证;最后,对地铁业主单位如何采用BIM技术开展三维管线设计、以及在设计阶段和设计施工阶段的管理重点给出明确建议。

Based on the comprehensive three-dimensional pipeline design for Nanjing Metro, this paper discuses the design fundamentals and management modes involved in the comprehensive three-dimensional pipeline design for metros. The comparison of the results of the comprehensive three-dimensional pipeline design result with that of the traditional two-dimensional design demonstrates that the three-dimensional brings about significant benefit. With reference to the results in Najing Metro with the three-dimensional design, this paper addresses the advantages and shortcomings of the three modes commonly employed in the comprehensive three-dimensional pipeline design. Finally, it gives out clear recommendations for how to use the comprehensive three-dimensional pipeline design and what are the key management points in the design and construction periods.
