目的：探讨脑卒中患者出院准备服务的方法与效果。方法：收治脑卒中恢复期患者42例作为干预组，实施出院准备服务；收治脑卒中恢复期患者40例作为对照组，实施常规护理。比较两组效果。结果：干预组的患者满意度、入院至出院后3个月日常生活能力评分变化值、照顾者满意度、照顾者需求满足程度、护理知识和技能评分及家庭护理质量评分均高于对照组，照顾者照顾压力阳性率低于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：出院准备服务有助于脑卒中患者主要照顾者掌握护理知识和技能，满足照顾需求，减轻照顾压力，提高患者的家庭护理质量和日常生活能力，使患者和照顾者均满意。
목적：탐토뇌졸중환자출원준비복무적방법여효과。방법：수치뇌졸중회복기환자42례작위간예조，실시출원준비복무；수치뇌졸중회복기환자40례작위대조조，실시상규호리。비교량조효과。결과：간예조적환자만의도、입원지출원후3개월일상생활능력평분변화치、조고자만의도、조고자수구만족정도、호리지식화기능평분급가정호리질량평분균고우대조조，조고자조고압력양성솔저우대조조(P＜0.05)。결론：출원준비복무유조우뇌졸중환자주요조고자장악호리지식화기능，만족조고수구，감경조고압력，제고환자적가정호리질량화일상생활능력，사환자화조고자균만의。
Objective:To explore the method and effect of the implementation of discharge planning services for stroke patients. Methods:42 patients with cerebral stroke in recovery stage were selected as the intervention group,and they were given discharge planning services.40 patients with cerebral stroke in recovery stage were selected as the control group,abd they were given routine nursing care.We compared the effect of two groups.Results:In the intervention group,patients' satisfaction,change of activities of daily living score from admission to 3 months after hospital discharge,caregiver satisfaction,caregivers demand satisfaction degree, nursing knowledge and skill score,family nursing quality score were higher than those of the control group.The positive rate of caring pressure of caregiver was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Discharge planning services was conducive to master the nursing knowledge and skills of the main caregivers of stroke patients.It can meet the care needs of caregivers,relieve the stress of care,improve the patient's family nursing quality and the ability of daily life,and make the patient and caregiver satisfied.
