本文收治伴足月妊娠卵巢硬化性间质瘤患者1例，因产科因素实施剖宫产，术中探查发现一侧卵巢上白色质硬包块，切下包块送病检。结果包块确诊为卵巢硬化性间质瘤。卵巢硬化性间质瘤难以通过外部检测进行确定，医生需要充分掌握此肿瘤的特征，以在临床中能够及时准确地作出诊断，保证手术的安全。

본문수치반족월임신란소경화성간질류환자1례，인산과인소실시부궁산，술중탐사발현일측란소상백색질경포괴，절하포괴송병검。결과포괴학진위란소경화성간질류。란소경화성간질류난이통과외부검측진행학정，의생수요충분장악차종류적특정，이재림상중능구급시준학지작출진단，보증수술적안전。
In this paper,1 patient with ovarian sclerosing stromal tumor with full-term pregnancy were selected.The patient was given caesarean section because of the obstetric factors.The intraoperative exploration found one white hard bag piece on one side of ovarian,the bag piece was cut and sent for pathological examination.The result show that the bag piece was diagnosed ovarian sclerosing stromal tumor.The ovarian sclerosing stromal tumor is difficult to determine by external detection.The doctors need to fully grasp the characteristics of the tumor,in order to be able to timely and accurate diagnosis in the clinical,and ensure the safety of operation.
