目的：分析企业退休人员体检中胸部X线阳性检出情况，并探讨其应用价值。方法：分析6270例企业退休人员体检胸部X线片资料。分为45～59岁、60～74岁和≥75岁3组，分别记录阳性结果，并计算检出率。结果：胸部 X 线片阳性总检出率16.76%，不同年龄组随着年龄增大，阳性检出率增高。检出率较高的前4种征象有陈旧性病变、主动脉钙化、肺纹理增多、心影增大，不同年龄组间差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。男性陈旧性病变、肺纹理增多、斑片状影及肿块多于女性(P＜0.05)。结论：企业退休人员胸部X线片阳性检出率较高，且随年龄增大而增高，定期进行胸部X线片检查对社区中老年人心肺疾病的筛查与防治具有重要参考价值。

목적：분석기업퇴휴인원체검중흉부X선양성검출정황，병탐토기응용개치。방법：분석6270례기업퇴휴인원체검흉부X선편자료。분위45～59세、60～74세화≥75세3조，분별기록양성결과，병계산검출솔。결과：흉부 X 선편양성총검출솔16.76%，불동년령조수착년령증대，양성검출솔증고。검출솔교고적전4충정상유진구성병변、주동맥개화、폐문리증다、심영증대，불동년령조간차이유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。남성진구성병변、폐문리증다、반편상영급종괴다우녀성(P＜0.05)。결론：기업퇴휴인원흉부X선편양성검출솔교고，차수년령증대이증고，정기진행흉부X선편검사대사구중노년인심폐질병적사사여방치구유중요삼고개치。
Objective:To analyze the chest radiography positive detection of enterprise retirees in physical examination,to explore its application value.Methods:The physical examination chest radiography data of enterprise retirees in 6 270 cases were analyzed. They were divided into 45 to 59 years old,60 to 74 years old and more than or equal to 75 years old in 3 groups.The positive results were respectively recorded,and the detection rate was calculated.Results:The positive total detection rate of chest radiography was 16.76%.With the increase of age in different age groups,the positive detection rate was increased.The first four kinds of signs with high detection rates were old lesions,aortic calcification,increased lung markings and increased heart shadow. The differences between different age groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The old lesions,increased lung markings, patchy shadow and lump of men were more than those of females(P<0.05).Conclusion:The positive detection rate of chest radiography in enterprise retirees is higher.It is increased with the age.Regular chest radiography examination has an important reference value for the screening and prevention of quinquagenarian cardiopulmonary disease in the community.
