目的:评价威廉姆斯生活技能训练对重症监护室( ICU)护士自我效能感和压力应对能力的影响。方法招募符合纳入标准的69名ICU护士被随机分为干预组( n=33)和对照组( n=36)。干预组接受为期8周每周一次的威廉姆斯生活技能训练( WLST),对照组不采取干预措施,并采用自编的一般资料调查表、一般自我效能感量表( GSES)、特质应对方式问卷( TCSQ)、护士工作压力调查表( NWSQ)进行干预效果评价。用SPSS 15.0统计软件处理干预前和干预后两组数据。结果干预后干预组护士的GSES得分为(28.24±4.02)分,较对照组(21.97±4.01)分高;干预组TCSQ的积极应对评分为(36.33±4.68)分,较对照组(30.25±3.58)分高,消极应对评分为(19.94±5.17)分,较对照组(28.42±5.37)分低;干预组NWSQ评分为(74.09±11.04)分,较对照组的(85.42±13.25)分低,且以上量表干预组与对照组得分差异均存在统计学意义( P<0?05)。结论 WLST对改善ICU护士的一般自我效能感,提高应对压力的能力有显著效果。

Objective To evaluate the effect of Williams Life Skills training on general self-efficacy and stress coping ability of ICU nurses. Methods To recruit 69 nurses in the standard who worked in ICU,and distributed them into two parts randomly,intervention group( n=33) and control group(n=36).Intervention group were received Williams Life Skills Training though 8 weeks,and this training was once a week, control group does not take any intervention measures.Then to evaluate the effect via general information questionnaire,general self-efficacy scale(GSES),trait coping style questionnaire(TCSQ),nurses job stress questionnaire(NWSQ).Results Post-intervention,the score of GSES was(28.24±4.02)in the intervention group,which was higher than the score of control group(21.97+4.01),the score of TCSQ’s posi?tive response was(36.33±4.68)in the intervention group,which was higher than the score of control group(30.25±3.58).for negative re?sponse,the scores of the intervention group(19.94±5.17)was lower than the control group(28.42±5.37).The intervention group NWSQ score (74.09±11.04),compared with the control group(85.42±13.25)were much lower.There were statistical significance(P<0?05)in the scores a?bove between the two groups.Conclusion WLST has a significant effect to improve the general self-efficacy of ICU nurses,and to improve their ability to cope with stress.
