目的:探讨预成纤维桩和可塑纤维桩修复残根残冠的临床效果,以及对患者咀嚼功能的影响. 方法:选择符合标准的患者73例84颗患牙,随机分为观察组37例43颗患牙、对照组36例41颗患牙,对照组采用可塑纤维桩修复,观察组采用预成纤维桩修复,随访1年观察两组修复效果,比较治疗前后咀嚼功能. 结果:两组患者治疗前咬合力及咀嚼效率相似,差异无统计学意义( P>0.05);治疗后1个月,两组患者咬合力及咀嚼效率较治疗前均改善,但是观察组改善幅度更显著,差异有统计学意义( P<0.05). 观察组患者成功率为93.02%,高于对照组的82.93%,差异有统计学意义( P<0. 05). 观察组并发症发生率2.33%,低于对照组的12.20%,差异有统计学意义( P<0.05). 结论:预成纤维桩修复残根残冠效果显著,有效改善咀嚼功能,是残冠残根修复的理想方法之一,值得临床推广应用.

Objective:To investigate the clinical effects of prefabricated fiber post and flexible fiber post in repairing of residual root and crown and the effects on masticatory function.Method:A total of 73 eligible patients with 84 affected teeth were selected, and randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 37 patients of 43 affected teeth in the observation group and 36 patients of 41 affected teeth in the con-trol group.The control group used flexible fiber post, while the observation group used prefabricated fiber post.All the patients were followed up for 1 year, and the repair effects were observed and the pre-therapeu-tic and post-therapeutic masticatory functions were compared.Result: The patients of the two groups had similar bite forces and masticatory efficiencies before the therapies, and the differences were statistically in-significant ( P>0.05);at 1 month after the therapies, the patients of both groups had improved bite forces and masticatory efficiencies compared with those before the therapies, but the patients of the observation group had greater improving extents, and the differences were statistically significant ( P<0.05 ) .The a-chievement ratio of the observation group was 93.02%, which was higher than that of the control group (82. 93%) , and the difference was statistically significant ( P<0.05) .The incidence of complications of the ob-servation group was 2.33%, which was lower than that of the control group ( 12.20%) , and the difference was statistically significant ( P<0.05) .Conclusion:Prefabricated fiber post in repairing of residual root and crown has significant effects, can effectively improve the masticatory function, is one of the ideal methods for repair of residual root and crown, and is worthy of clinical application.
