通过对国电榆次热电有限公司2号炉安装余热利用装置前后参数的对比分析,得出安装余热利用装置有很好的节能效果,并对该装置存在的夏季加热风造成送风机轴温升高、复合相变换热器只能部分工作或者停止工作的问题进行了分析和改造,将相变换热器上段的蒸汽放热分为两条途径,通过阀门进行切换,在冬季时将余热用来加热二次风,替代暖风器;夏季时用来加热低加凝结水,节省汽轮机抽汽量,以达到充分利用烟气余热的目的.

According to the comparative analysis of parameters of No.2 boiler before and after installing the waste heat utilization device, it is concluded that the installation of waste heat utilization device has good energy saving effect. The problems that the axial temperature of blower gets higher in summer and the heat exchanger works only partly or even stops working are analyzed and eased. Steam heating of the heat exchanger can be divided into two ways, when in winter waste heat will be used to heat the secondary air to replace air heater, while in summer will be used to heat condensed water so as to save steam turbine extraction amount, in order to make full use of flue gas waste heat.
