目的:探讨抑癌基因CHD5和WWOX的蛋白在胃癌中的表达及其对预后的影响. 方法:随机选取我院收治的胃癌患者65 例,采用免疫组化法检测胃癌组织及相应癌旁组织 CHD5 和WWOX蛋白的表达及与预后的关系. 结果:CHD5和WWOX蛋白在胃癌组织中的阳性表达率分别为36.92%(24/65)和41.54%(27/65),明显低于在癌旁组织的(P<0.05). 在胃癌组织中,CHD5 和WWOX蛋白的表达与TNM分期、肿瘤分化程度及淋巴结转移均有关( P<0.05). 生存分析Kaplan-Meier法显示,CHD5和WWOX蛋白阳性表达的患者1、3年生存率显著高于阴性表达的患者,差异均有统计学意义( P<0.05). 结论:CHD5和WWOX在胃癌组织中低表达与胃癌的病变程度、侵袭转移及预后不良关系密切,提示CHD5和WWOX蛋白低表达可能参与胃癌的发生、发展及胃黏膜恶性转变等过程.

Objective:To discuss the expression of CHD5 and WWOX in gastric carcinoma and its in-fluence on prognosis.Method:65 cases of patients with gastric cancer were randomly selected from our hos-pital.Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of CHD5 protein and WWOX protein in the gastric cancer tissues and matched tumor-adjacent gastric tissues and the influence on prognosis.Result:The positive rate of CHD5 protein and WWOX protein expression in gastric cancer tissues were 36.92%(24/65) and 41.54%(27/65), which were significantly lower than that in matched tumor-adjacent gastric tissues(P<0.05) .The expression of CHD5 protein and WWOX protein were correlated with TNM stage, histologic dif-ferentiation and lymph node metastasis( P<0.05) .The Kaplan-Meier plot showed that the cumulative 1-and 3-year survival rates were significantly higher in patients with positive expression of CHD5 and WWOX than those with negative expression of these two proteins ( P<0.05 ) .Conclusion:Reduced expression of CHD5and WWOX in gastric cancer is associated with tumor malignancy,invasiveness and poor survival.Reduced expression of CHD5 and WWOX proteins may play an important role in the tumorigenesis and progression of gastric carcinoma.
