为了确定银西线庆阳至西安段合理的建设方案，重点研究客货共线方案、客运专线方案和先接西平、部分缓建3个方案。综合考虑项目功能定位、通道走向、地形条件，结合路网运量，建设时序、路网分工、投资规模等多方面因素进行综合分析比较研究，研究结论为：银西线庆阳至西安段应按照客货共线方案一次建成。
為瞭確定銀西線慶暘至西安段閤理的建設方案，重點研究客貨共線方案、客運專線方案和先接西平、部分緩建3箇方案。綜閤攷慮項目功能定位、通道走嚮、地形條件，結閤路網運量，建設時序、路網分工、投資規模等多方麵因素進行綜閤分析比較研究，研究結論為：銀西線慶暘至西安段應按照客貨共線方案一次建成。
위료학정은서선경양지서안단합리적건설방안，중점연구객화공선방안、객운전선방안화선접서평、부분완건3개방안。종합고필항목공능정위、통도주향、지형조건，결합로망운량，건설시서、로망분공、투자규모등다방면인소진행종합분석비교연구，연구결론위：은서선경양지서안단응안조객화공선방안일차건성。
In order to determine a reasonable construction scheme for Qingyang to Xian section on Yinchuan-Xi’an Railway, this article focuses on such three schemes as mixed passenger and freight railway, passenger dedicated line and first connection with Xiping railway with some works postponed. The results of the comprehensive comparison and analysis in respective of the project function orientation, the alignment of the corridor, the terrain conditions, and such other factors as the network transport volume, the construction sequence, the division of operation and substructure, and the investment scale conclude that Qingyang to Xian section on Yinchuan-Xian Railway should be completed once for all as a mixed passenger and freight railway.
