光伏终端应用在中国得到了的长足发展,吸引了更多的投资者介入光伏行业,但目前光伏电站整体质量参差不齐和令人担忧,对于光伏电站项目后评价和评价指标体系研究相对较少.本文根据光伏电站项目的具体特征,采用模糊综合评价法对光伏电站项目后评估,并进行模糊综合评价建模,同时提出了以经济效益、实施效果、社会效益和可持续性为评价指标的光伏电站项目后评价指标体系.

PV terminal application has come a long way in china. More investors are attracted to participate in the photovoltaic industry. But at present, the overal qualities of PV power plants are uneven and worrying. There has been little study post project evaluation of PV power plant and evaluation index system. In this paper, according to the specific characteristics of PV power plant project, post project evaluation of PV power plant is used the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. And it is modeling by the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. At the same time, it puts forward to the economic benefits, the implementation effect, social benefit and sustainability as the evaluation index of the photovoltaic power station project post evaluation index system.
