目前针对弧焊机器人的编程方式主要有示教编程方法和离线编程方法。随着生产力的发展,示教编程方法已越来越无法满足柔性化生产要求,而离线编程方法正逐渐地在弧焊机器人领域得到推广。本文从多方面对比了两种编程方式,并从整体上介绍了弧焊机器人离线编程系统,并指出了其发展方向及其关键技术。

There are two main programming manners which applied to the arc weld robot, the teach programming and off-line programming. With the development of the productivity, the teach programming cannot meet the requirement of flexibility in production and the off-line programming is being gradually popular in the arc weld robot. The two manner of programming were compared. The weld robot off-line programming system was introduced. The development trend and some key technologies were pointed out.
