结合MasterCAM软件,介绍了位图与矢量图之间的格式转换,并利用ArtCAM软件通过矢量图生成三维模型,分析并合理确定其加工工艺参数,动态仿真整个加工过程,最后通过后处理自动生成 NC代码,实现了图片曲面模型的雕刻加工。

The format conversion between bitmap and vector graph is introduced based on MasterCAM software. The three-dimensional model is constructed by ArtCAM software with vector graph. The machining techniques parameters are reasonably set and the whole process is simulated. The NC code is automatically created by post processing, and the engraving of picture surface model is completed.
