目的:观察和评价能谱CT使用低管电压(100 kVp)和低浓度(270 mgI/mL)等渗对比剂(双低剂量)扫描对肠系膜动脉成像的图像质量和辐射剂量的影响。方法:选取20例正常人肠系膜动脉给予能谱CT双低剂量扫描,比较分析原始图像和重组图像上肠系膜动脉的主干及分支显示情况。结果:20例肠系膜上动脉主干及分支、肠系膜下动脉主干均能被显示。原始图像和重建图像对肠系膜上动脉二级以上的分支及肠系膜下动脉分支的显示差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:能谱CT双低剂量扫描能准确显示肠系膜上、下动脉的主干及其分支,可以提供更好的图像质量,明显地降低辐射剂量,同时减少了对比剂碘的摄入。
目的:觀察和評價能譜CT使用低管電壓(100 kVp)和低濃度(270 mgI/mL)等滲對比劑(雙低劑量)掃描對腸繫膜動脈成像的圖像質量和輻射劑量的影響。方法:選取20例正常人腸繫膜動脈給予能譜CT雙低劑量掃描,比較分析原始圖像和重組圖像上腸繫膜動脈的主榦及分支顯示情況。結果:20例腸繫膜上動脈主榦及分支、腸繫膜下動脈主榦均能被顯示。原始圖像和重建圖像對腸繫膜上動脈二級以上的分支及腸繫膜下動脈分支的顯示差異具有統計學意義(P<0.05)。結論:能譜CT雙低劑量掃描能準確顯示腸繫膜上、下動脈的主榦及其分支,可以提供更好的圖像質量,明顯地降低輻射劑量,同時減少瞭對比劑碘的攝入。
목적:관찰화평개능보CT사용저관전압(100 kVp)화저농도(270 mgI/mL)등삼대비제(쌍저제량)소묘대장계막동맥성상적도상질량화복사제량적영향。방법:선취20례정상인장계막동맥급여능보CT쌍저제량소묘,비교분석원시도상화중조도상상장계막동맥적주간급분지현시정황。결과:20례장계막상동맥주간급분지、장계막하동맥주간균능피현시。원시도상화중건도상대장계막상동맥이급이상적분지급장계막하동맥분지적현시차이구유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론:능보CT쌍저제량소묘능준학현시장계막상、하동맥적주간급기분지,가이제공경호적도상질량,명현지강저복사제량,동시감소료대비제전적섭입。
Objective:To observe and evaluate the influence on the image quality and radiation dose of energy spectrum CT using lower tube voltage(100 kVp)and low concentration(270 mgI/mL)isotonic contrast agent(double low dose) scan in the mesenteric artery imaging.Methods:20 cases of normal human mesenteric artery were selected and given energy spectrum CT double low dose scan.The mesenteric artery trunk and branch display situations of original image and recombinational image were compared and analyzed.Results:20 cases of superior mesenteric artery trunk and branch,inferior mesenteric artery trunk could be displayed.The original image and recombinational image had significant difference in the display on more than secondary branches of superior mesenteric artery and inferior mesenteric artery branches(P<0.05).Conclusion:The energy spectrum CT double low dose scan can accurately display the trunk and branches of the superior mesenteric artery and inferior mesenteric artery.It can provide better image quality,significantly reduce the radiation dose,and reduce the intake of iodine contrast agent.
