目前,红外诊断设备精度较高且在电力系统中应用普遍,每年都会新增大量的红外诊断图谱,但红外诊断技术在实际应用中还存在缺陷,没有形成一套完整的电力设备状态红外评价体系.结合现有的红外管理和技术规范,建立了全省的红外图谱数据共享平台,把长期以来积累的红外热成像方法、判定评价经验和知识有序组织,形成了一套完整的输变电设备红外影像评价体系,并在现场检测中成功应用.

Infrared diagnosis technology continues to get remarkable achievement in status and fault detection of power equipment. Via infrared diagnosis, the real-time operating status of the equipment can be detected without power cut. Currently infrared diagnostic equipment has widespread application in the power system, and a large number of infrared spectra will be made every year, but the existing infrared diagnostic technology is also defective in practice, and none complete infrared evaluation system was established. Combined with the existing infrared management and technical specification, an IR spectra data-sharing platform was established in Shanxi province. The infrared thermal imaging methods, evaluation experience and judgment knowledge were organised to have formed a complete infrared imaging evaluation system, and was successfully applied in the test.
