大同电网第三道防线的配置基于大同电网可能出现的极端严重故障,并且需要与现有的安全稳定控制措施相协调.利用电力系统计算分析稳定计算程序,对可能引起大同电网与主网解列的极端严重故障进行分析,制定安控配置策略表,并针对主要存在的频率问题提出三道防线的配置原则.

Based on extremely serious malfunction that may occur in Datong power grid, the third line defence of Datong power grid must be configured and coordinated with the existing security and stability control measures. Using power system stability calculation program , this paper analysed the extremely serious malfunction, and formulated strategy table of security control configuration. Finally, against frequency problem, this paper proposed the configuration principles of the third line defence.
