文章以日照市为例，审视了三十年以来日照市城市建筑的发展历程，总结其建筑发展特征、影响其特征的各类因素，反思中等城市建筑发展中存在的为题，对城市建筑发展态势进行判断，提出中等城市建筑发展的引导策略，以期对中等城市建筑发展起到一定的指导意义。
文章以日照市為例，審視瞭三十年以來日照市城市建築的髮展歷程，總結其建築髮展特徵、影響其特徵的各類因素，反思中等城市建築髮展中存在的為題，對城市建築髮展態勢進行判斷，提齣中等城市建築髮展的引導策略，以期對中等城市建築髮展起到一定的指導意義。

Taking Rizhao city as an example, this paper examines the construction development of Rizhao city in recent 30 years, summarizes its development characteristics and the influence factors of all kinds of the characteristics, reflects the existing problems of the building development of medium-sized cities, judges the urban construction development situation, puts forward the guidance strategies of the architecture development of medium-sized cities to provide a certain guiding significance for the architecture development of medium-sized cities.
