目的：探讨颈椎病前后入路手术治疗的护理配合方式。方法对96例行前后入路手术的颈椎病患者随机分为观察组和对照组，每组各48例对照组给予常规护理，观察组给予围术期优质手术配合，对两组患者手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间及满意度进行比较。结果观察组患者手术时间、住院时间显著短于对照组，术中出血量明显较少，患者满意率明显较高，差异均具有显著性（P<0.05）。结论对颈椎病行前后入路手术的患者给予围术期优质护理配合可有效缩短患者手术时间及住院时间，在极大程度上降低了术中出血量，提高了患者满意率。
목적：탐토경추병전후입로수술치료적호리배합방식。방법대96례행전후입로수술적경추병환자수궤분위관찰조화대조조，매조각48례대조조급여상규호리，관찰조급여위술기우질수술배합，대량조환자수술시간、술중출혈량、주원시간급만의도진행비교。결과관찰조환자수술시간、주원시간현저단우대조조，술중출혈량명현교소，환자만의솔명현교고，차이균구유현저성（P<0.05）。결론대경추병행전후입로수술적환자급여위술기우질호리배합가유효축단환자수술시간급주원시간，재겁대정도상강저료술중출혈량，제고료환자만의솔。
Objective Discussion cervical spondylosis patients before and after surgical treatment of care with the methods and results. Methods 96 cases were admitted into the path of the cervical spine surgery patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, each with 48 in the control group received routine care, observation group received perioperative quality surgery with, two groups of patients operative time, blood loss, hospital stay and satis?faction were compared and analyzed. Results Observation group were operative time, length of hospital stay was signifi?cantly shorter than the control group, significantly less blood loss, patient satisfaction rate is significantly higher, the differ?ences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion On the front line of cervical spondylosis patients given surgi?cal approach perioperative quality care with patients can effectively shorten operation time and hospital stay, in a great ex?tent, reduce blood loss and improve patient satisfaction, worthy of promotion.
