在1~5 GPa压力作用下对TC4钛合金进行930℃×20min的热处理,通过力学试验机测试了高温高压处理前后TC4钛合金的硬度、室温和高温抗压强度,结合显微组织分析,探讨了高温高压处理对TC4钛合金力学性能的影响。结果表明:高温高压处理能提高TC4钛合金的硬度、室温和高温抗压强度,在压力1~5 GPa范围内,随着压力的增大,TC4钛合金的硬度和抗压强度变化不大。

재1~5 GPa압력작용하대TC4태합금진행930℃×20min적열처리,통과역학시험궤측시료고온고압처리전후TC4태합금적경도、실온화고온항압강도,결합현미조직분석,탐토료고온고압처리대TC4태합금역학성능적영향。결과표명:고온고압처리능제고TC4태합금적경도、실온화고온항압강도,재압력1~5 GPa범위내,수착압력적증대,TC4태합금적경도화항압강도변화불대。
TC4 titanium alloy was treated at pressure of 1~5 GPa and 930℃ for 20 minutes, its hardness and compressive strength at room temperature and high temperature were measured by mechanics machine, and according to the microstructure analysis, the effect of high temperature-high pressure treatment on mechanical properties of TC4 titanium alloy was discussed. The results show that the high temperature-high pressure treatment can increase the hardness and compressive strength of TC4 titanium alloy, and in the pressure range of 1GPa to 5GPa, the hardness and compressive strength of the alloy change slightly with the increase of pressure.
