目的：探讨肺炎支原体肺炎患儿血清CRP和血浆D-二聚体的临床意义。方法：收治肺炎支原体肺炎患儿136例，分为轻症支原体肺炎组84例和重症支原体肺炎组52例，并设正常对照组60名。比较3组血清CRP和血浆D-二聚体。结果：轻症组、重症组CRP和血浆D-二聚体明显高于正常对照组(P＜0.01)。重症组CRP和血浆D-二聚体明显高于轻症组(P＜0.01)。结论：肺炎支原体肺炎患儿CRP和血浆D-二聚体均有不同程度增高，且病情越重，水平越高，检测水平有助于判定疾病的严重程度。
목적：탐토폐염지원체폐염환인혈청CRP화혈장D-이취체적림상의의。방법：수치폐염지원체폐염환인136례，분위경증지원체폐염조84례화중증지원체폐염조52례，병설정상대조조60명。비교3조혈청CRP화혈장D-이취체。결과：경증조、중증조CRP화혈장D-이취체명현고우정상대조조(P＜0.01)。중증조CRP화혈장D-이취체명현고우경증조(P＜0.01)。결론：폐염지원체폐염환인CRP화혈장D-이취체균유불동정도증고，차병정월중，수평월고，검측수평유조우판정질병적엄중정도。
Objective:To investigate the serum CRP and plasma D-dimer of children with mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia and the clinical significance.Methods:136 cases of children with mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia were divided into the mild group with 52 cases and the severe group with 84 cases,and 60 cases were the control group.The serum CRP and plasma D-dimer of the three groups were compared.Results:The CRP and plasma D-dimer of the mild group and the severe group were significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.01).The CRP and plasma D-dimer of the severe group were significantly higher than that of the mild group(P<0.01).Conclusion:The CRP and plasma D-dimer of children with mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia all increased to different extent,and the levels were higher as the illness was severer,and the levels detection helped to judge the severity of the disease.
