针对CFRP/Al在钻削加工中容易产生分层缺陷,而临界轴向力是表征叠层材料制孔损伤的基本参数,本文基于能量法建立了钻削Al/CFRP、CFRP/Al产生分层损伤的临界轴向力模型,并利用Abaqus软件对CFRP/Al钻削过程进行了数值模拟,得到了轴向力变化曲线。
針對CFRP/Al在鑽削加工中容易產生分層缺陷,而臨界軸嚮力是錶徵疊層材料製孔損傷的基本參數,本文基于能量法建立瞭鑽削Al/CFRP、CFRP/Al產生分層損傷的臨界軸嚮力模型,併利用Abaqus軟件對CFRP/Al鑽削過程進行瞭數值模擬,得到瞭軸嚮力變化麯線。

The delamination often occur in drilling of CFRP/Al stacks. The critical thrust force for delamination are modeled in drilling of Al/CFRP and CFRP/Al stacks based on energy method. The drilling of CFRP/Al is simulated by using Abaqus finite element simulation software. The thrust force curve is drawn based on the computer simulation.
