针对数控伺服系统中永磁直流无刷电机BLDC (Brushless DC motor),通过建立其数学模型方程,分析了其运动特性,并对其换相进行了研究。结合系统对电机的要求,设计了电机的双环PI调节速度控制策略,最终应用MATLAB搭建其模型,对控制系统进行了仿真验证分析。

Aiming at BLDC (brushless DC motor) which applied in NC system, the motion formulation was analyzed by its mathematical model and The phase change was investigated. The PI controller of speed control combined with system requirement was designed. The model of BLDC control system was established and the control system is verified by simulation analysis by MATLAB.
