2013年湖州职业技术学院设立了浙江省首家高职教师教学发展中心。该中心在建设路径尤其是运行机制及模式上有所创新。本研究立足于国家对教师教学发展的政策导引,凝聚学校各种教学资源和力量,并以教师教学发展中心为载体,探索形成多元化研讨机制、个性化服务机制、指标化评估机制,构建“资源+服务+平台”三位一体的运行模式。

2013년호주직업기술학원설립료절강성수가고직교사교학발전중심。해중심재건설로경우기시운행궤제급모식상유소창신。본연구립족우국가대교사교학발전적정책도인,응취학교각충교학자원화역량,병이교사교학발전중심위재체,탐색형성다원화연토궤제、개성화복무궤제、지표화평고궤제,구건“자원+복무+평태”삼위일체적운행모식。
In 2013,Huzhou Vocational &Technical College set up the first faculty's instructional de-velopment center in all higher vocational and technical colleges of Zhejiang province.The center has been particularly innovative in the operating mechanism and mode of building path.Based on the poli-cy about the center from the government and taking the Faculty's instructional development center as the carrier,this study puts forwards three mechanisms that are diversified research mechanism,per-sonalized service mechanism and indexing of assessment mechanism,and constructs the trinity mode of “resource,service,platform”by centralizing various kinds of teaching resources and power .
