区域物种多样性评价是全球生物多样性研究的重要部分.为揭示山东临沂市两栖动物的组成及分布,根据两栖动物及生境特点于2012年7-8月,采用样方法,选取了12种生境类型,39个取样点,对该地区的两栖动物资源进行调查.共获取动物626只,隶属1目3科4属6种,其中黑斑侧褶蛙320只,占调查总数的51.1%,优势明显;泽陆蛙156只,占总数的24.9%;中华蟾蜍指名亚种111只,占总数的17.7%;北方狭口蛙34只,占总数的5.4%;花背蟾蜍4只,占总数的0.6%;金线侧褶蛙1只,占总数的0.2%,较稀有.广布种3种,多样性指数1.197.从生境类型看,水沟和河岸浅滩中的物种数目多,花生地和鱼塘中的少.人类活动是影响该区两栖动物分布的主要因素.针对两栖动物资源的现状,提出了保护建议.

The evaluation of regional species diversity was an important component of global biodiversity research. Amphibians on Linyi city,Shandong Province of China,were surveyed from July to August,2012,using sampling methods. 39 sample quadrates were selected on the basis of amphibians and habitat characteristics and 6 species were recorded. With a total number of 626 individuals,320 ( 51. 1% ) of them were Pelophylax nigromaculatus,showing obvious dominance,156(24. 9% )of them were Fejervarya multisriata,111(17. 7% )of them were Bufo gargarizans gargarizans,34(5. 4% )of them were Kaloula borealis,4(0. 6% )of them were Bufor addei,1(0. 2% )of them were Pelophylax plancyi,showing rarely. In the whole species,3 were cosmopolitan species(50% ). The Shannon - Wiener diversity index was 1. 197. The species were largest in ditch and river banks and smallest in peanut and ponds. This paper also analyzes the factors that affected distribution and species diversity of amphibians,and proposes the methods of protection.
