目的：探讨地奥心血康与丹参多酚治疗冠心病前后血流变学改变及炎性因子情况。方法采集晨起空腹肘静脉血，严格按照说明书操作，对冠心病患者96例用地奥心血康联合丹参多酚治疗前后测定血脂、血流变学及致炎因子进行测定。治疗地奥心血康胶囊，100 mg～200 mg日三次连服3个月。自开始治疗时静脉滴注丹参多酚酸盐（丹参乙酸镁）100 mg于250 ml 5%葡萄糖生理盐水。连用14天。所获数据采用方差分析、t检验。结果治疗前后血脂、血流变学及致炎因子比较P<0.01～<<0.001，有显著性差异。各指标均有不同程度的恢复。结论地奥心血康与丹参多酚联合治疗冠心病效果理想，冠心病患者测定血脂、血流变学及致炎因子对病情程度及预后的判断具有重要的意义。
