目的：观察电贴理疗结合药物治疗时腰椎间盘突出症患者的临床疗效。方法：将腰椎间盘突出患者80例随机分成治疗组和对照组，每组40例。对照组给予药物治疗，治疗组在对照组的基础上给予电贴理疗。对两组患者进行疗效评价。结果：治疗组的临床疗效优于对照组(P＜0.05)；两组患者治疗后症状总积分、疼痛VAS评分，M-JOA评分明显低于治疗前(P＜0.05)；治疗组症状总积分、痛疼VAS评分、M-JOA评分改善明显优于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：电贴结合西药治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效显著，能够明显地改善其临床症状，安全有效。
목적：관찰전첩리료결합약물치료시요추간반돌출증환자적림상료효。방법：장요추간반돌출환자80례수궤분성치료조화대조조，매조40례。대조조급여약물치료，치료조재대조조적기출상급여전첩리료。대량조환자진행료효평개。결과：치료조적림상료효우우대조조(P＜0.05)；량조환자치료후증상총적분、동통VAS평분，M-JOA평분명현저우치료전(P＜0.05)；치료조증상총적분、통동VAS평분、M-JOA평분개선명현우우대조조(P＜0.05)。결론：전첩결합서약치료요추간반돌출증적림상료효현저，능구명현지개선기림상증상，안전유효。
Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of electric paste physiotherapy combined with drug therapy in the patients with lumbar disc herniation.Methods:80 patients with lumbar disc herniation were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group with 40 cases in each.The control group was given drug treatment.The treatment group was given electric paste physiotherapy on the basis of the control group.The curative effects of patients in two groups were evaluated.Results:The clinical curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The posttreatment symptoms total scores,pain VAS scores,M-JOA scores of patients in two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).The improvements of symptoms total score,pain VAS score,M-JOA score in the treatment group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Electric paste combined with western drug in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation have significant clinical curative effect.It can significantly improve the clinical symptoms.It is safe and effective.
