目的：探讨醒脑静注射液治疗内科重症患者的临床效果。方法：收治内科重症患者148例，随机分为观察组和对照组，各74例。对照组给予西医治疗，观察组在此基础上给予醒脑静注射液治疗，观察并比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果：观察组治疗有效率以及并发症发生率与对照组比较，差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：临床上治疗内科重症患者，在常规治疗的基础上配合醒脑静注射液能够取得更为显著的治疗效果。

목적：탐토성뇌정주사액치료내과중증환자적림상효과。방법：수치내과중증환자148례，수궤분위관찰조화대조조，각74례。대조조급여서의치료，관찰조재차기출상급여성뇌정주사액치료，관찰병비교량조환자적치료효과。결과：관찰조치료유효솔이급병발증발생솔여대조조비교，차이구유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。결론：림상상치료내과중증환자，재상규치료적기출상배합성뇌정주사액능구취득경위현저적치료효과。
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Xing Nao Jing injection in the treatment of severe patients in department of internal medicine.Methods:148 cases of severe patients in department of internal medicine were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 74 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were given the western medicine treatment,and the patients in the observation group were given the Xingnaojing injection treatment on the basis of the control group.The treatment effect were observed and compared between the two groups of patients.Results:The effective rate and complications incidence rate between the observation group and the control group had significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusion:When we treat the severe patients in department of internal medicine in the clinical,we will achieve more significant therapeutic effect if we combine with Xing Nao Jing injection on the basis of the conventional treatment.
