目的：探讨美托咪定用于全身麻醉的临床效果。方法：收治全身麻醉患者100例，随机分为对照组和观察组，各50例。对照组进行常规麻醉治疗，观察组进行美托咪定麻醉治疗，比较两组患者的临床效果。结果：观察组的临床效果优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：在全身麻醉中应用美托咪定能够取得良好的临床效果。

목적：탐토미탁미정용우전신마취적림상효과。방법：수치전신마취환자100례，수궤분위대조조화관찰조，각50례。대조조진행상규마취치료，관찰조진행미탁미정마취치료，비교량조환자적림상효과。결과：관찰조적림상효과우우대조조，차이구유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。결론：재전신마취중응용미탁미정능구취득량호적림상효과。
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of medetomidine in general anesthesia.Methods:100 patients with general anesthesia were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 50 cases in each.Patients in the control group were given routine anesthesia treatment,while patients in the observation group were treated with medetomidine anesthesia treatment,then we compared the clinical effect between the two groups.Results:The clinical effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Application of medetomidine in general anesthesia can achieve good clinical results.
