目的：观察蛭蛇通络胶囊治疗冠心病的疗效，并探讨其安全性。方法：收治冠心病患者96例，随机分为两组，各48例，对照组给予阿托伐他汀治疗，观察组在对照组基础上给予蛭蛇通络胶囊治疗，比较两组患者治疗后血脂情况、疗效及不良反应发生率。结果：观察组心绞痛改善总有效率显著高于对照组(P＜0.05)。治疗后观察组 TC、TG、LDL-C水平均显著低于对照组(P＜0.05)；观察组治疗后HDL-C水平显著高于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：蛭蛇通通络胶囊治疗冠心病疗效较佳，且不良反应发生率低，临床应用安全。
목적：관찰질사통락효낭치료관심병적료효，병탐토기안전성。방법：수치관심병환자96례，수궤분위량조，각48례，대조조급여아탁벌타정치료，관찰조재대조조기출상급여질사통락효낭치료，비교량조환자치료후혈지정황、료효급불량반응발생솔。결과：관찰조심교통개선총유효솔현저고우대조조(P＜0.05)。치료후관찰조 TC、TG、LDL-C수평균현저저우대조조(P＜0.05)；관찰조치료후HDL-C수평현저고우대조조(P＜0.05)。결론：질사통통락효낭치료관심병료효교가，차불량반응발생솔저，림상응용안전。
Objective:To observe the curative effect of Zhishe Tongluo capsule in the treatment of coronary heart disease,and explore its safety.Methods:96 patients with coronary heart disease were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 48 cases in each.Patients in the control group were given atorvastatin treatment,while in the observation group were added Zhishe Tongluo capsule based on the atorvastatin treatment,then we compared the differences in the level of blood lipid,curative effect and the incidence of adverse reaction after treatment between the two groups.Results:The total efficiency of angina improvement in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After the treatment,the levels of TC,TG and LDL-C in the observation group was significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05);while HDL-C level after treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion:Zhishe Tongluo capsule has good curative effect in the treatment of coronary heart disease,and it also has low incidence rate of adverse reactions,so it is safety in clinical application.
