本研究利用自编《农民工主观幸福感问卷》以及《社会支持评定量表》探讨了农民工主观幸福感与社会支持的关系。共1365名农民工参加了问卷调查，结果发现：1）农民工主观幸福感问卷包括五个因素，自我发展、身心健康、生活满意度、家庭功能和情绪情感，问卷具有较高的效度和信度；2）农民工的主观幸福感在年龄、教育水平、收入、工作类型和夫妻是否同住方面存在显著差异；3）农民工的社会支持对主观幸福感具有显著正向预测作用。
본연구이용자편《농민공주관행복감문권》이급《사회지지평정량표》탐토료농민공주관행복감여사회지지적관계。공1365명농민공삼가료문권조사，결과발현：1）농민공주관행복감문권포괄오개인소，자아발전、신심건강、생활만의도、가정공능화정서정감，문권구유교고적효도화신도；2）농민공적주관행복감재년령、교육수평、수입、공작류형화부처시부동주방면존재현저차이；3）농민공적사회지지대주관행복감구유현저정향예측작용。
Subjective Well - being of Migrant Workers Questionnaire and Social Support Rating Scale were used to explore the relations between subjective well - being of migrant workers and social support. 1 365 migrant workers participated this survey. The result showed that:1 ) A principal component analysis extracted five components in SWB questionnaire of migrant workers,including self - development,health,life satisfaction, family functioning and emotion. The validity and reliability are acceptable. 2 ) The analysis of individual differences indicated that there was a significant age,education level,work experience,job type and marital in terms of living differences in subjective well - being of migrant workers. 3)Social support can predict subjective well - being of migrant workers.
