采用菌丝生长速率法测定了新化合物氟醚菌酰胺(LH-2010A)和其他8种杀菌剂对番茄晚疫病菌的室内毒力.结果表明,3种苯甲酰胺类杀菌剂对番茄晚疫病菌的活性均较高,其中以氟吡菌胺为最高,EC50值为0.915 mg/L,新型广谱性杀菌剂氟醚菌酰胺活性居中,EC50值为2.805 mg/L,常用药剂甲霜灵最低(EC50值5.007 mg/L),但仍远高于其他2种广谱性杀菌剂嘧菌酯和多菌灵(EC50值分别为11.69、12.63 mg/L).此外,霜脲氰和烯酰吗啉对番茄晚疫病菌的活性较高,EC50值分别为1.713、1.915 mg/L;福美双和苯噻菌胺活性居中,EC50值分别为4.641、5.880 mg/L.

The mycelia linear growth rate method was adopted to determine the laboratory toxicity of LH-2010A and other 8 fungicides toP. infestans. Results indicated that 3 benzamides fungicides had exhibited better control efficiency, of which fluopicolide ranked to the first, with EC50 value 0.915 mg·L-1. Novel broad spectrum fungicidal agent LH-2010A showed proper efficiency with EC50 value 2.805 mg·L-1. The EC50 value of metalaxyl (5.007 mg·L-1) was still significantly higher than the two common broad spectrum fungicides azoxystrobin and carbendazim (EC50 values 11.69, 12.63 mg·L-1 respectively). Meanwhile, EC50 values of cymoxanil and dimethomorph were 1.713, 1.915 mg·L-1 respectively, which were higher than thiram and benthiavalicarb (4.641, 5.880 mg·L-1 respectively).
